First time seeing one of these for me! Is this a multi fuel burner, Waste Oil, Heavy Oil, #2, Diesel, #1 Kerosene? If it has a compressor, then there is air added to the fuel line at the nozzle to assist in atomizing the fuel. Is there a model number?

    Have you tried Phone

After you make that expensive repair and you still have the same problem, What will you check next?

Domestic manufacturer, made for military, actually for cooking . cleanest burn known to science, zero emmissions invisible flame, this one was made for the navy. Original contract was for the Marine Corps. The genius who applied this burner to a Buderus boiler is dead now but shows the human spirit. Boiler was prob. shipped with a gas burner or may have been shipped "less burner" Refer me to the Buderus REP please, the rep I dealt with hasnt had the line for years. Thanks Heaton john
