We are working with a newly installed Napoleon that will randomly shut down. Sometimes it will shut down and come back on on its own. Other times it will shut down and the homeowner will have to turn it back on. When it goes out and comes on by itself the blower stays running. When they have they have to restart it the blower shuts off as well. Napolean had us change out the entire insert and both units are doing the same thing. Anybody run into this issue before.
