4 Lochinvar kbn800 not cascading

Hello, I have 4 kbn800 boilers that used to cascade, I had a very odd issue with cascade unit 3 (4th one) was acting erratically, basicly flickering between standby and pre purge. I disconnected the cat5 and it immediately stopped and fired up, the other 3 seemed to work as normal on l/l. Due to environment i assumed possible wire issue and re ran all cat5 between them all. Non will take control now (i have confirmed wires are all correct) all boilers have the house with a 1 in it. I have confirmed addresses 0-3 on all. Im stumped. Any suggestions to resolve this? I've tried turning the main boiler (0) on first with rest off, cascade just doesnt work now. What are the possible issue here?? Thank you!
