Steam Convector Unit Identification

Has anyone seen one of these convector units? It’s got what looks like a sort of bypass line from the supply, and the vent is on the supply side.

    Looks like it probably has sort of a water seal built in to it, the steam comes in that copper pipe at the far end and the condensate leaves the end with the supply through a water seal so it kind of has a 2 pipe on one pipe setup built in to it.
