I am looking to replace this valve of this radiant heating manifold. Can anyone identify the manufacturer or part? The thermal actuators are Mr.Pex.

can you take it apart and replace the o-ring?

If it is a Mr Pex manifold, they still show parts for those composite manifolds. Download their catalog online. Page 36 is parts.
A new o-ring may fix it unless the pin is worn, pitted, or damaged

Has the 3rd from right actuator been replaced, the water stain might be from a stem leak?
Ideally when actuators are below the manifold they should be the sealed NEMA 5 type. So a leak doesn't get into the actuator and short it out. The Caleffi 6564 is a sealed actuator, as an example.
