Honeywell Venturi valve

in Gas Heating

I have a 2 - stage(24 VAC) Honeywell Venturi valve. Can anyone explain to me ,

how that it operates. Thanks , in advance for any help!!

    Are you talking about a gas valve? We would need the model #

    if it is the gas valve, it is basically a diaphragm carburetor, the lower the pressure the more gas it lets in so it modulates based on air flow, the fan really sets the firing rate.

    But the venturi valve would not be considered a 2 stage valve. It would be classified as a variable input valve. Do you have the actual part number of that valve?

    unless the fan is controlled as 2 stage
