Dehumidifier wiring to Ecobee

I have Aprilaire E100 whole house dehumidifier paired to a Carrier Infinity Gas Furnace.

Installation is return to return.

I want to control Dehumidification to :

A) Not run during A/C cycle

B) Run blower at slower speed during Dehum

I can either use Ecobee Smart humidistat (acc+) or the E100's humidistat to control, which ever would be simpler. I have a 90-380 relay available.
