New Mitsubishi Hyper Heat Install - Loud Compressor?

Just had this installed and started up yesterday — surprised by how loud the compressor is though. Is this normal?
I sent my HVAC installer the video and he said it seems loud but he can’t make it back here for at least a week.
Just looking for input.
Equipment is SVZ-AP24NL & SUZ-AK24NLHZ, located in Colorado, climate zone 5b, it was about 20 degreee last night and about 35 degrees now.

Link to video on my Google Drive, not sure of a better way to show a video here:

try the decibel app on your phone and see how it compares to the spec sheet. It will definitely be quieter with the cover on

I would insist they come back ASAP.

    That sound is not normal.

Some units come with spacer under the compressor mounts to keep it from moving during shipping that has to be removed, don't know it that one does.

Also if they had to add extra refrigerant for longer line, they might have added too much. If that is the case, don't run the unit till they check.

    thank you for the replies.

I am going to drive up to the house now to turn it off for the time being.

The manual doesn’t say anything about removing a transportation bracket / stabilizer but I will check.

The total installed line set length is about 80’ and the unit says it comes pre charged for up to 100’. As far as I know they did not add or remove but I will ask.

If anyone has other input please let me know, and if I will also follow up with updates.

Really hoping I’m not damaging this brand new unit!

If y chance it has damage it is on the installer. Its only been running for a day.

Like a lot of 'technicians" they flip the switch and start it up like it's a window air conditioner instead of checking things out like they should.
