Need Steam Specialist in Portland, Maine

I have an 11,000 sf multi-unit building in Portland with a zoned steam system. It is served by a Burnham boiler with a Carlin burner. See photos below for reference.

I need to find someone who is willing (more likely able?) to service this system. So far, the local shops I've talked to don't want to touch it because it's too far outside their modern design and diagnostic scope. I get that and don't begrudge anyone for preferring the world of sensors, switches, and relays. But there must be someone in the vicinity who understands these systems?

I have steam in my home that works perfectly year after year with little attention. Thanks to Dan and WGSH, I know it's possible to have a relatively care-free steam system. I suspect this system has been butchered and abused over the years and could be rebalanced back to a point where it's functioning as intended. But given the size and complexity, it still needs an expert boilerman to get there.

And yes - I did look at the "Contractor in Your Area" portion of the site. Nobody shown in Maine. So, any recommendations - either direct referrals or even just advice on how to find someone - greatly appreciated.

Who installed it? Not that old. Piping doesn't look horrible from what I can see.

Someone here may know someone in your area. Portland is a large city there ought to be someone. Maybe check with some P & H supply houses to see if they know someone who knows steam. Steam Experts are dwindling. Maybe @New England SteamWorks
