New heated driveway, low spot in concrete

Hi there,
I am a home owner who hired the most expensive contractor with the best rating in my city. The project was for him to prep for the driveway/pour/finish and for me to install insulation/PEX tubing for a heated driveway. Roughly 1200sqft
Today, while they were watering the saw cuts dust away, I started seen water pooling on a low spot towards the middle of the driveway. It is between 1/8 and 1/4 deep.
The heated system won’t be running all the time and unless I let it run for much longer, the water will stay there and refreeze again.
Will that low spot be an issue and could damage the driveway with the heat/freezing cycles? Should this be fixed? Any ideas on how to fix it?
Contractor looked at the pictures and says it not a lot of water…he still needs to come have a look at it in person.
Thanks

After you make that expensive repair and you still have the same problem, What will you check next?

yes it takes additional energy to evaporate that pool of water. And yes any puddle not drained or evaporated will freeze
A 1/4” low spot across a 10’ wide pour?
Unfortunately there is not an easy fix with tube in the slab
