TRV flow setter and control head styles

Hey there. I'm setting up some panel radiators for my house. I have a variety of new and used panel radiators from various manufafturers including Dianorm and Buderus (with which I am familiar) and some uncommon ones from Roca that I found at a re-store type place.

The variety and compatibility of the flow-setter inserts and TRV heads is pretty mystifying. In other projects I have mostly used Dianorm radiators with Oventrop trv heads, but Oventrop seems to have vanished from the US, and I haven't found a system yet to replace them.

My current mystery involves identifying and sourcing flow setters and heads that will work on the Roca radiators. Of the four I have, two have flow setters and none have TRV heads. In the attached pictures, I have the two styles of flow setter I'm most familiar with on the left (from a Buderus and a Dianorm), and one of the Roca ones on the right (circled). It's got a distinctive design for TRV head attachment and a shorter body (the part the fits into the radiator).

Does anyone know where I could look for additional flow setters and any sensor heads or adapters that would give me TRV control?

Thanks for any insights…
