Drip leg or the end of main steam line

Hello,
I came across this piping arrangement in one of the buildings.
In the picture you can see the main steam line highlighted in the box and you have the condensate line dropping.
I couldn't verify where the steam line was going into the wall. Could this point represent the end of the main steam line, where the pipe entering the wall serves as the final riser, and the condensate line is dropping down from that location?
Or the condensate line dropping down is a drip leg and the main steam line continues on the other side of the wall?
Thank you.
