So it's a hydronic boiler with 5 zones and a indirect. Prior to it being a hydronic boiler it was setup for steam. The heat exchanger wasn't compromised and the hydronic heat has been working great. Last February, my pilot went out as there was a leak. I relocated the burner with the pilot to the side and it's working fine, the area is no longer wet but sometimes I do see the floor wet. Where can the leak be coming from? The leak isn't constant. I haven't taken the jacket off to inspect but just wanted to get any thoughts before I did this.

possibly between the sections but it could be leaking in the side of a casting or at a tapping or at a tankless coil plate/blank plate too. could be condensation but that usually isn't very much water. you could take the top and flue collector off or the burners out and that might give you a clue without taking the whole jacket off.

On the gas manifold, there should be a marking that points to the location of the burner with the pilot assembly. They do that for a reason.
