Can I Determine My Unit's Model Number Without the Data Decal?

I have a 19-year-old Coleman central AC unit. I'm pretty sure the board is dead. I want to replace it but I can't buy the part until I know what it is……and to know that I must know the model number of my machine. The data decal is long gone and I can't find any clues. Does anyone have advice? I'm happy to receive it if so.

Can you post a pic of the board? There should be numbers on it.

is this board in the condenser or the furnace/air handler? lets back up a step, is this a split system?

then we can ask questions about why you think this board is the problem.

Total brain fart. I found this…

Why is it called a heater kit? Isn't this responsible for the cold air?

that is an electric resistance heating coil added to the air handler for heating. there should be another ratings plate for the air handler itself.

Take more pictures of the entire system (the equipment, indoor and outdoor) from various angles. Someone here than can tell you what to focus on. I assume the complaint is now there is no AC when before it was previously working ?

Agree with @mattmia2 as far as taking a step (or 12) back. Describe the symptoms. Did the circuit breaker trip? Did the fuse blow in the air handler? Does the outdoor unit run? What led you to the heater kit? And pics. Always pics.

The unit is responsible for the cold air. But it looks like its also responsible for the hot air. You likely have a heat pump.

Thanks for all the responses. I'll update soon as I can. My schedule is tight. It's a good thing I live in Florida while the AC is broken, right? : )
