    What parts do you need? Some of the HT 330's were sold under the Laars, Mascot brand. Rathe Associates on L.I. may have parts.

    Dont bother calling Baxi… they have checked out, As has Marathon. I tried this 6 months ago.

    Depending on where you are a Winnelson may have parts.

    Boston heating supply may have something.

    Or ebay.

    They have decent tech. support these days. (800)254-7900

    But they are hard to work on. Strange entry codes, timed responses, endless lockouts.

    Two btu per sq ft for degree difference for a slab

    I thought Baxi had left the US market, along with Oventrop and now Adey. But they may maintain a support phone #?

    They offered me a parts account a couple years ago and had parts for really old units that a customer of mine was working on. This was several years ago I don't have emails left from them so prior to 2020. If they left the market they still have a number to call and try anyway! They still have reps too
