How to set up Haier QACT17A

I've tried every setting. The store manager quit and seems to have locked us out. Use OF ECO mode doesn't seem to work. Trying to re set minimum temperature, and it shows as 65 degrees F, (i don't need it that cold, but there's a room that never gets below 72.) whatever I do, the wired controller re sets to 68. Cannot find the setting that unlocks it. Manual hasn't been any help. Model #QACT17A isn't marked on it, but it appears to be the one.

What is the control connected to? A heating system, a cooling system? A combination heating and cooling system?
Looks like a mini-split. does this wired control operate more than one indoor unit?
Have you contacted a Haier distributer to get someone that can help you with it? If it is that much of a problem, can you just use the remote control? Does it have a remote control like most other mini-split systems?

After you make that expensive repair and you still have the same problem, What will you check next?
