Blower assembly obsolete.
Oh, the mod con problem..
How old is this boiler?

both parts are still available..

Somehow I don't really think that this PGRK1T04 blower assembly is really only one cent! The PGRK1T14 electrode kit for the ignitor is a little overpriced at $184.00
I don't think you can actually get those parts there.

After you make that expensive repair and you still have the same problem, What will you check next?

I have a call in to triangle tube as well, they have the ignitor all day and show 1 of the blowers available, they are double checking and will call me back shortly

Th BostonSsupply folks are a little pricy, don't you think? But when you are the only game in the country… You got to pay or go without.
Makes you wonder if it isn't a good idea to purchase extra parts when the system is still under warranty (hoping they will advice "Field Scrap" 18 years ago. That way you can have what you need in 20 years from now. Otherwise, after a modest markup by the contractor and the labor for the repair, you are halfway to the cost of a replacement. Besides it's 20 years old anyway, that is about the life expectancy of that HX. Over $900.00 for the DIY guy

Yeah if it were my equipment personally I would be looking at a replacement with a new warranty. I spoke with Triangle Tube this morning and the nice lady there didn't forget about this they will let me know if the part is available or not sometime today. The part has been discontinued sometime in the last year or so, but they are still showing 1 in stock. I don't think they sold many of this model because we have quite a few similar aged boilers out there with no issue getting parts. If this were something my company sold many of we would have that blower on the shelf.

they said not available this morning to me

I'm not sure if they sell to the public and it is discontinued which may be why. I am triangle tube distributor. did you try the link for boston heating? it lets me enter them into my cart and they have a big notice at the top "All Items are in stock unless noted."

did you try the Boston Heating Supply links? triangle tube confirmed that they still have 1 blower available for sale and they have igniters available as well.

5865313074 I called triangle tube they said they did not have one

i have tried to call boston heating supply multiple times

but did you try just ordering them? the website says both parts are in stock, and that they are receiving too many calls and to email them instead of calling. I think if you want the parts you will need to just order them from their website or email them. It does say that all parts are in stock unless noted, so its more than likely in stock at boston heating supply.
