Mitsubishi heatpump performance

Hi,
I have a Mitsubishi heatpump installed in a 100 m2 flat and I'm not sure if the performance it gives is ok.
Model is PUHZ-SHW80VAA/ZUBADAN . Right now weather is pretty ok 18-23 celsius and the heatpump is only dealing with hot water.
It says that for 10kWh consumed it produces 20kWh. Is that expected?
thanks

That depends. You'll have to check the spec sheet for the unit and also see what it is exactly configured for on DWH side. Sometimes low COP is an indication of a low refrigerant.
For example my air to water unit runs at around a COP of 2 making 65C water at 15C, so ballpark of what you are seeing.
You can significantly improve the COP a couple of ways. You can reduce the temperature of the hot water tank and only bring it up to pasteurization temps once a week (I run this during the day on the weekend when power is cheap).
Most units also run at full power for DWH recovery, you can limit the power of the unit and pick up some more COP. Usually the simplest way done is by enabling quiet mode on the unit. Recovery in this case will be slower but if you have a big tank, might not be an issue.
