Question concerning the Internal DHW storage tank. Per watching the screen while this combo heater functions, it only uses the DHW internal storage tank after done using hot tap water, and it goes to the CH water only! I would think you should see this storage tank function when you call for DHW to help shorten the time it takes for hot water to come out of faucets or taps? It does just the opposite and I’m wondering if it’s possible to swap that?

Just had service done to it, for a water leak. The pump was leaking and during replacing it, the circuit board was damaged, so that was also replaced!

In trying to figure why the DHW internal storage tank only functions when CH is called for, and not DHW, would that be mechanical or circuit board function??
