Which is better, cost efficient, and durable? Why?

Gas, hot water take with pump exhaust or gas hot water take with SS chimney liner exhaust?

    I don't think you're asking about a gas/heat pump water heater, or even a heat pump at all. You're asking for pros and cons between a gas fired atmospheric water heater vented into a chimney vs. a gas fired power vent water heater?
