Vent pipe leaking

hello I live in a very old house that has an oil burning The furnace is about 20 years old. All the piping is original. I had a what I think is a vent pipe leaking a squirting out water like crazy after the heat was on and it looks like it’s occasionally been doing it cause it rust all over the pipe will upload pics and videos of everybody has any idea why vent pipe would be leaking

why don't you show us a picture of what is above that wet stain, show us the vent,
then, show us the controls on the boiler, gage, sightglass, Pressure control, all in one shot or 2,
then one or 2 more, floor to ceiling, from 2 different angles,
what pressure do you see on the gage when the boiler is firing and making steam ?
this is steam, correct?
