    Think this has been around for a while…Especially on the commerical side..

    It makes sense if they add a flow and temperature sensors for BTU measurements/Metering.

    They could also change flowrates on the main Building supply/Return lines in order to have a better Heatexchange..Add PID,Weather data and or building automation for better results !

    On larger Buildings it could also take heat from the South side and use it on the north side

    On a similar Note: A couple years ago we got involved in a Micro heat distribution System made by Viega

    We actually Rought in all the Special Manifolds on a 14.000 Square foot home in Silverthorne to have to revert everything back to regular Viega manifolds 😒

    It made sense…However the Viega US department that was supposed to implement this missunderstood most of the technical requirements in the Translation from German into English so the whole thing came to a halt.

    Isn't this basically 2 3 way valves and a very cumbersome piece of aluminum?
