PEX? I think that uses standard stuff. Viega Pure Flow® PEX fittings and adaptors are available at Supplyhouse.com

After you make that expensive repair and you still have the same problem, What will you check next?

Any pex tube with the ASTM 876 or 877 can use any fitting that has the ASTM F 1807 listing. Regardless of brands.

Viega has a nice pex fitting, but you will need a specific Viega crimp tool.

With the copper crimp rings, any tool brand will work.

Fittings are available at any plumbing wholesaler, big box stores, online.

1" Sharkbite and other grip type fittings are also approved for pex. If you have a simple repair needing only 1 or 2 fittings. No special tool required.

Viega PEX does use standard crimp size fittings, but your recorded measurements don't match the dimensions of SAE PEX tubing. Viega does not make a metric size, as far as I know.

    1-1/4" pex is 1-3/8" (1.375") od

1" pex would be 1-1/8" od

Most pex in the US is CTS, copper tube size, same OD as plumbing copper type L,M or K.

    I didn't know Viega made 1-1/4"?

I have used this Watts brand 1-1/4" pex with the copper crimp rings, although it may be discontinued. Fittings and crimp may still be available.
