Nu-air Air Exchanger Model # EL1650 Damper Motor Replacement

I am replacing the damper motor on this unit. Unfortunately, I did not take a picture of the old motor set-up before I removed it.

So to get the new motor working, I need to know how the spring gets setup on the backside. Also, do I set it up with the flapper door open or closed position? Also, what position is the back toggle suppose to be in on the backside?

So many questions, hoping someone out there might have a picture to send me or can guide me?
