Boiler Soot Cleaning Indianapolis

hello all, live in Indianapolis and looking for someone who will clean my sooted up boiler. Have a good friend who has been a boiler tech for 35+ years in Michigan who is confident it can be cleaned and have years of life. However, I can’t find anyone who wants to clean it locally, everyone is just interested in selling me a new model. Anybody have a contact?
