Good afternoon, All, I have a great running

1960 Arcoflame American Standard Oil Burner ACD Model 602 Commercial Standard CS195-60…

However, the blower is starting to have bearing issues. I found the top photo on this site, and it looks like this person put in a lot of hard work to include a refurbished blower. This appears to be the same model as mine.

My question is: I'm looking to replace just the blower in my furnace. The motor is only a year old, but we are having a very hard time matching anything up. Does anyone have any suggestions? I believe the flange opening is 13" x 14". The bottom photo is my furnace. Any help is very much appreciated. My HVAC guy and I are working to figure this out.

    Thanks in advance! -R

It is not that hard to rebuild that blower. All you need to do is to grab s new set of bearings for that blower. You need to know thew shaft diameter that the squirrelcage fan is mounted on. the fan belt pulley is also the same diameter.

You're looking for a fan wheel, shaft, mounts, pulleys, and bearings for the existing blower assembly? Grainger is the only place I can think of that might be able to help.

here is the page you can find the bearings in the granger catalog Grainger blower bearings you can most likely use all the old parts unless the shaft has been damaged. Then just get a new shaft and bearings

Probably just need bearings, maybe a shaft. Those are standard parts that are available. Probably no need for a blower wheel.

WW Grainger, McMaster Carr or a local Industrial Supply house, maybe MSC. There are a lot of places to buy that stuff you just have to know where to look.

Look for a local supply that sells Browning pulleys and bearings.
