We live in a historic home that has been slowly renovated over the years. We will be gutting the hydronic/boiler system (went KO last month) and moving forward with a full re-pipe and update. My husband has worked with the instillation of commercial mechanical HVAC and hydronic systems in the past so he feels rather comfortable with instillation but not design. We are looking for a design service that will utilize our current cast iron radiators in the home in order to maintain the history of the home, they are also already sized well for the spaces. We are also looking to ensure these are prints/designs can be submitted for permitting purposes. Does anyone have any leads on this? There are several areas that are also being planned to covert to in floor radiant in the near future and would need to be considered in the design.
