Anyone else having trouble with OCS?

We ordered some cast-iron baseboard about four weeks ago for a job that starts today. I could not get an answer out of them last week as to when it would ship, and after several calls this morning I found it had not shipped yet!

Of course, there was "no supervisor available" when I asked for one. Yeah, right.

Anyone else having this trouble with them?
