Newbie and New homeowner…I had a leak that I fixed. I have looked on how to purge my system but haven't had much luck. Maybe if someone could tell me how my system is supposed to work, I would have better luck. I am not sure what valves are supposed to be open and closed while purging. I have enclosed pictures of the system, some are labeled. I would really appreciate the help. Thanks! (Yes, I still have the pressure pipe off.)

there should be large screwdriver slots in a brass piece just above the pumps. Those are isolation flanges, a ball valve without a handle. Turn the slot 1/4 turn CW, attach hose above on the hose valve
Maybe spray penetrating oil on those screws for a day, they tend to sieze up
They should be in either side if both pumps , so you have two options😗
The beige valve in the 3rd pic is the autofill, lift the lever to get fast fill, but watch the pressure, stay below 30 psi
Often when you mess with old fill valves they tend to nit work after use, so you may need to shut it off replace it possibly It should be set to 12 psi, if pressure exceeds that, it is done. What is the prey currently?
It should have a back flow device paired with it, to be safe and legal, and a shutoff
