Identify this old hydronic radiator valve?

Looks similar to a honeywell unique valve but not quite since the valve is not at the manifold (not sure “manifold” is the right term here). The valve seems to only do a half turn.

Standard valve and return elbow on a manifold. Looks like it does basically the same thing without infringing on Honeywell's patents.
