Help with a Daikin Altherma outside unit not running

I have a Daikin Altherma Low Temp Split system. Just had a recent power outage that lasted 4 days. Power back now but the LWT heating is not running for the underfloor heating. The display panel says the unit is running for heating, but the outside unit is doing nothing, fans not spinning. However, for domestic water heating & boost, the outside unit kicks in fine. Any ideas? No error codes. Tried reset.

    where are you located? Might find who the local Daikin rep is to get ahold of them.

    there is a possibility that the pump for heating circuit to altherma is not working or outdoor sensor for heat pump is not working correctly. Just a guess. Are there separate pumps for hot water & heating to outdoor unit?
