Minisplit sizing - 1920’s Victorian in Northeast

looking to size out this 2,500sqft (1,300 main floor, 700 2nd, and 500 in finished attic) Victorian for minisplits. It’s in zone 4, has R20 in attics, no insulation in walls, basement rim joists are insulated, and has a stone foundation. All windows in house have a U value of 0.27, All exterior doors are solid wood, and air sealed most of the house. What size BTU Minisplit system do you guys think would be good to heat/cool this place? Yes I know I’m gonna need a lot of heads lol.

You aren't even close to having enough information yet. With no wall insulation, this house is not a great candidate for heat pumps. Spend the money on tightening up the envelope and insulating and they will save more in the long run.

    What used to heat it?
