Crown boiler losing hot water

hi new to any forum actually believe first forum I’ve ever been apart of I’m hoping to get some insight… we just bought our home it had a crown boiler installed 2019 we moved in a few months ago and the water hasn’t been an issue but slowly it’s getting cooler quicker… I’ve adjusted to valve to hotter tempature and nothings helping we’re getting really hot water for 20-30 seconds then cools down and if you run it long enough some times it’ll go back to warm… I’m fairly handy and would like tips or tricks to help my family that I can handle without calling in a big gun! Thanks for any tips and tricks

    Yes @psb75 is right. Also boiler mod# Are you loosing domestic hot water or heating? or both?
