Burnham Hydronic Control Sage 2

I have a Burnham Hydronic Control Sage2 . The new item worked nicely for a month and then the trouble started as display turns to red light- hard lockout . I tried resetting by turning unit on sand off and pressing reset button on control unit (hardwire lockout)-no change! I have since put old control unit in ,it works fine but every three days displays red soft lockout. I turn off unit and it runs well for another three day cycle…… yikes PLEASE HELP-thank you ,Steve
