My bedroom radiator knocks loudly before heating up. It's also too hot overnight. I shut it all the way off when it wasn't heating up. Does this have to be a problem? No more knocking and cool enough to sleep. There's another radiator on other side of room I leave on all the way. The noisy one is pitched towards the valve.
