Hot water loop noise / air

New HO - I have a steam boiler (oil) feeding a single pipe radiator system for the majority of the house. I also have an addition that is a hot water loop off the steam radiator that feeds baseboards. I've noticed as of late that when both the baseboards and radiators call for heat, the hot water loop gets incredibly noisey and filled with air. Based on what I've read, I am assuming I need to temper the water somehow as it is too hot when entering the pipes. What work do I need done? Pics attached.
