Is anyone aware of the Wirsbo System311 controller configuration setting that will shut down all of the pumps other than the DHW pump when there is a DHW demand? My controller continues to allow the main pump (P3) to operate when there is a DHW demand. Since the main pump is more powerful than the DHW pump water does not flow properly through the DHW loop. I just replace the System311 Controller with a new System311 controller that my plumber has had on his shelf for the last 17 years. I did not replace the wiring terminal blocks or change any of the wiring. Since the wiring terminal blocks unplug, I just plugged the old blocks into the new controller. I also did not replace any of the sensor, I used all of the old sensors. As you can see from the pictures that I attached the main pump (P3) is new, installed last year. The problem with the DHW started to occur shortly after the new main pump was installed. I am open to any other ideas that anyone may have, since this systems was discontinued in 2008, I can find anyone in my area (Kittery, ME) who has a clue as to how to diagnose this issue.
