Return line I Guess
So I'm in need of some help here, my return line was replaced about 7 years ago no problems since. I have a Burnham V904A furnace, single pipe steam system in a 6 unit building 3 stories. a McDonnell & Miller water feeder with LWC. and a secondary LWC. my problem which started this year is that return water back to furnace seems to be sluggish, What I'm seeing in the sight glass when furnace cuts off, is the water level is low and the water feeder feeds before all the condensations is back. resulting in a water level that is to high. I'm kind of stumped. I have turned the water feeder off and feeding it manually for now which seems to work.

A Hydrolevel VXT has a delay feature to account for slow condensate return.
Has the new wet return been flushed recently?

Yes I have 3 valves for flushing which I have done twice with garden hose. I wish there was a way II could do it with more pressure. And yes I was looking into VXT. is there a way I can flush with pressure.

Well if you can flush between valves the whole wet return with a garden hose and the flow is good the restriction (if any) must be elsewhere. Pictures would help us help you.
