A big thank you for all the help and advice I received!

It's been three years since my conversion from a gravity system to a Weil-McLain wall hung condensing boiler. I followed your advice about changing out all my Aqua pex A tubing to pex A oxygen barrier. That was no fun at all. I built the boiler panel with all the necessary parts put in all the schedule 40 for the venting and intake, ( followed Weil-McLain instructions) and put in three manifolds to handle all the radiators and the three zones of radiant). Hired a plumber for the final install, gas lines, hookup to the manifolds and do the initial start up. I have two zones one for radiant and one for the radiators. All is well so far but my pex supply lines have turned dark, I assume because of a shared life with all those cast iron radiators. This summer I will flush out all the radiators and the radiant zones with Rectorseal 8-Way which is what I did initially with all the radiators. I will also do a flush of the boiler itself with whatever Weil-McLain recommends. Also will do required boiler maintenance.
A question. I am thinking of adding a magnetic dirt separator, what do you think. A good idea? Thanks again for all of you that helped me out with invaluable advice!
