you may want to get someone with a combustion analyzer to check and adjust the unit. Sounds like it could be out of tune?

Condensation. Common problem with copper fin tube boilers. Return water temperature are too cool causing flue gas condensation. Check the temperature of the return water entering the boiler. You need to get it above 110 degrees. Also should have a bypass piped in between the supply and return to let supply water mix with the return water to increase the temperature of the return water entering the boiler.
That's a pretty big Laars boiler so I assume you might be using that for a good size property? Is it a water source heat pump system?

What type of ignitor? Hot surface, spark?

Hello, Elshad. This is Joannie from Laars. hot_rod and pedmec are likely on the right track, but there is very little information here to try to figure this out. Someone will need to do some troubleshooting. If you can have someone call Laars at 800-900-9276 while in front of the boiler, that would probably be the best way our tech service team could help.
