Im not saying the name of this weeks video but will tell you the conditions we found. The owner texted me and said the boilers were short cycling and the hydronic loop was at 100 degrees F. The outdoor temps were in the teens. The heating plant consisted of two copper finned boilers with atmospheric burners.When my tech arrived, he noticed the both boilers short cycling. The system and boiler pumps worked. There was a constant call for heat by the reset control. When the tech looked at the burner flame, the flames appeared low on the first few ribbon burners and the ones in the rear didnt show a flame. I will tell you what we found on Friday's video. Just curious what you think caused it.
