Hello all, first time post looking for some advice. I have two Laars mighty max units providing heat to a commercial unit. I was away for the holiday and received an alert on my wifi water detector. Long story short water is leaking from the one unit. Due to age of unit over 20 years I will be replacing the unit or both. I am looking for too see what are the best options for my setup. I have a mix of baseboard and hot air throughout the building. I have a picture of my setup.

Thank you in advance

It looks like you can get a similar boiler that can be an easy fit called the Mighty Therm. This looks line the same boiler with a few upgrades.

This will be the least amount of redesigning

After you make that expensive repair and you still have the same problem, What will you check next?

Thank you for the reply. Would it make sense to change to a tankless, or is that too much redesigning? Also since the other unit still runs should I just get the one replaced and see what happens.

Get a price both ways and then decide. Getting them replaced at the same time should cost less than doing them 1 at a time.

I am not saying you should replace both, but it should be considered if the price of 2 is an advantage.
