Hi All,
Yesterday was a very cold day in my city in Canada and my TT PE110 threw a E18 error. After hard resetting the boiler, it seems to be working fine again. This boiler has given me a few problems since the last few years. When looking at the camera pointing to the boiler, the central heating hot water temperature was increasing from 3-126 to 3-210.
When looking at the camera history, there were a call for heat and the central heating water temperature was rising from 90 to 126 normally (without any noise from the boiler). When the heating water temperature was around 126, it seems there is clicking sound (from the 3 way valve to switch between domestic and central water temperature, i replaced this valve 2 week ago).
When searching around, it could be the circulator pump or a blocked heat exchanger. However, after resetting the boiler, it was working again so I doubt something was blocked. Please let me know if you have other ideas.
Thanks.

Lack of flow intermittently due to a few possible factors, either pumps or air in the system most likely

@GGross thank you, after reviewing the camera again, there was a call for heat 30 minutes before and the heating water temperature was rising from 3-90 to 3-114 without any problem. Around the temperature 114, there was a clicking sound from the 3 way valve (to switch between domestic & central heating). Around 10 minute later, the temperature was rising rapidly from 120 to max limit and cause E18 error.
