how hot is your boiler water?

that's a wet rotor, and will be as hot as the water, and pipes around it,

are the baseboards / floors / airhandlers hot? keeping you comfortable?

Think it kicked out they have a high temp kickoff I think.when it gets cooled down going to pull end and see if its locked up.dont want to get to crazy with temps so cold.

Do you mean a new motor? The cartridge inside would not have a voltage rating

It could be locked or air bound causing a high temperature

Some models have a big slotted screw on the back of the motor. Remove that to see if it is spinning, or let air out

Probably got airlocked when you replaced it and then overheated due to lack of flow. This is a very common issue with DIYers

That 26-99 is not a replacement for a series 100?

If you have one, the screw look like this.It can be removed without isolating the pump.

There may be a spray of water, or steam if the pump has over-heated. Remove with caution.

With this cap remover you see the end of the motor shaft. It is a ceramic shaft, so don't jam it with a screwdriver. It should spin when powered up.

Grundfos 15- 58, Alpha 15-58 if you want high efficiency

    Taco 007 or 007E electronic.

I just bought a 15-58 on Ebay for 45 bucks, included shipping
