What model of furnace? What controls the fan? When's the last time it was vacuumed out?

How often does the fan come on after the burner is off? How long does this on/off/on/off last? The burner will only go off for three reasons. The heat exchanger reaches a high limit, the thermostat is satisfied or the burner locks out on a safety issue. Can you show a picture? I'm curious as to what kind of fan limit controls are present.

If it's a fan/limit control, it's not uncommon for the fan to cycle a few times after the call for heat ends. The filter is clean, so the furnace is oversized, or incorrect ductwork, or dirty AC evaporator, or wrong blower speed.
