Why or how would flies end up inside the plastic cover on the secondary heat exchanger of a condensing furnace?

    I would assume they flew or got sucked in ?

    We see this quite frequently..Sometimes its bees. Apparently it is something in the gas that attracts them.

    They may be attracted to carbon dioxide, which is what attracts bedbugs to people. .
