For Sale: Pipe threading stuff Rigid 300 and others

I'm contemplating moving out location while downsizing. We have a Rigid 300 that although used when we bought it was never used by us. I was more a fan of the 700. We also have dies heads to thread 4-6 and I believe 6-8 inch pipe. We have a drain cleaning small portable drain cleaning machine very lightly used. Along with lots of new old stock equipment including original non inverter EMI mini splits (nothing really mini about these. Good for a non ducted cooling or heating application some are heat pumps. We have a remote mount Scotsman Ice machine new in box nibble ice. Left over from a Dairy Queen Grill and chill we owned.
We even have a copper pipe prep station, looks like a tri stand bit with brushes and inside and outside copper pipe reamers. We have an ancient working T Drill tee puller, and a small portable T 125 tee drill. High jacks cable type and jack type, and an Escalera stair walking hand truck. Basically tons of stuff after 40 years, even a 48 inch pipe wrench or two. Tons of new electrical stuff along with automation electronic stuff. I'll post up pictures if there's interest.
Make offers we're not in love with any of the piping stuff or really anything. If you're looking for a shop that's being sold in spring some time. Large A frame garage 24 x 60 and a 3 story row house both with large yards accessible from an electric 10x10 roll top in front and manual in back. Probably 5000 sq ft of indoor space. Frankford section of Philly, right off Aramingo exit of I-95 upcoming hot RE speculators area. I used to own most of the housing in the 2 blocks around the shop, wish I had bought more.
