Having similar problems with a Carlin X pro EZ. Definitely locks out if it sat a few hours overnite, or even during the day, when our Nest thermostat drops the temp to 61, (if we are not home)

It would lock out, but then runs ok after a reset.

Seems like this started happening after we had a 500G delivery. I wonder if it was B20? How can I tell? Should I just ask the vendor? I had the solenoid replaced, and bumped the tfi to max. (45 secs). I have added an oil additive (Hotshot) , and reprogrammed the thermostat so it does not allow the temp to go below 65.

Having done all that, the problem went away, did not have a lockout now for 5 days now. I thought the problem was a slow leak in the supply line that caused the supply line to drain back into the tank. I am ready to install a stop valve, but now, reading this thread I am unsure what is going on. I picked up a new 70200 controller, to have on hand because of a weird problem I have seen with my current controller's error logging (which went away after a reset to defaults). I notice the new 70200 install manual has an entire new paragraph talking about how they painstakingly optimized their default settings for biofuels.

Btw cartridge filter and nozzle has been replaced a month ago, and I have an all-metal Tigerloop, with an overhead supply line. The lockout is always at the end of TFI, "No flame" with no extra info ( No "check vlv, or "check ign" that woudl point to a faulty component). It seem like it is just simply: no oil during tfi.

@mrcoder, we've created a new discussion for you here to prevent confusion and so that your comment doesn't get lost at the bottom of an older thread.

@EBEBRATT-Ed, thanks for the heads up!
