Problem with reduced output on IBC VX150 boiler

Any ideas on what might be causing the reduced Mbtu output of 23 MBtu as indicated on the control for this IBC Technologies VX150 boiler? Thank you in advance for your input.

    did it just get a call for the indirect and is just ramping up?
