Lochinvar condensate trap leaking in one spot

coworker recently installed new trap due to leakage. Called back due to still leaking, the condensate piping could be pitched a bit better, though it just seems weird that’s it’s only leaking at a certain joint. I thought initially it was backing up I took everything apart made sure there were no clogs. Don’t want to start unwrapping the parts cannon something is leaking here and or something isn’t pitched right or maybe the float is garbage. Would appreciate some help.
